Flavor Description

This Antigua coffee is the soul of the region. Under medium roasting it shows an exquisitely balanced structure: a faint jasmine opening, transitioning to rich milk chocolate and nutty sweetness, and most distinctively, a trace of elusive smokiness in the finish — the mark of volcanic soil.

Brewing Notes

  • Pour-over: Recommended water temperature 88–90°C, ratio 1:15. This bean is very balanced — suitable for any dripper.
  • Pairing: Excellent as afternoon tea coffee; cinnamon rolls or dark-chocolate pastries further elevate the flavor depth.
