This Cerrado natural Bourbon showcases the most iconic face of Brazilian coffee. The first impression is a strong aroma of peanuts and roasted nuts, transitioning in the mid-palate to rich dark chocolate, with a faint caramel sweetness in the finish and almost no perceptible acidity.

Pour-over: Recommended water temperature 88–90°C, ratio 1:15. The rich oil and sweetness perform best at a medium grind.
Pairing: This bean makes an excellent base for milk-based drinks, perfectly complementing the milky fragrance without being overshadowed.
