Flavor Description
From the same Aceh Gayo highlands but fully washed and sun-dried, it tastes clearly different from traditional Mandheling: far less earthiness and herbal character, replaced by cocoa, brown sugar, and roasted nuts, with light cinnamon spice and soft red-apple acidity mid-palate — while keeping the body Indonesian coffees are known for.
