This Peaberry lot concentrates Kona’s elegance. It opens with bright orange and lime acidity, quickly enveloped by intense floral honey sweetness. The mouthfeel is incredibly firm with a unique "snap," finishing with delicate cinnamon and spice sweetness.
Why It's Special
Peaberries occur when only one seed develops inside the cherry, concentrating the nutrients. In Kona, PB is regarded as a top-tier collector's item.

- Pour-over: Slightly finer grind, water temp 89°C. Lower temperatures yield a more persistent honey sweetness.
