Flavor Description
Remera beans are celebrated for their balance. The washed process yields a clean profile with notes of grape, red fruits, and warm cocoa. As it cools, brown sugar sweetness becomes more prominent.
Brewing Notes
- Pour-over: Medium grind, water temperature 89-90°C, ratio 1:15
- Tip: This bean is very forgiving; slightly increasing agitation during the middle pour can help release more of the ripe plum fruitiness.
