Sigri Estate is the benchmark of PNG coffee. This AA-grade lot showcases exceptional balance. The entry opens with ripe mango and honeydew sweetness, transitioning into subtle cedar and spice mid-palate, with a silky-smooth, rounded acidity.
Brewing Notes
- Pour Over: Recommended water temp 90–91°C, ratio 1:15. Medium roast perfectly unlocks its signature body and sweetness.
- Tip: An extremely consistent bean — its layered complexity holds up equally well black or with a splash of milk.
