This peaberry from Sigri delivers noticeably higher sweetness than a standard AA lot. The cup opens with rich caramel and roasted walnut aromas, underscored by a faint vanilla pod fragrance. Fruit acidity sits quietly behind the sweetness, giving a firm, rounded mouthfeel.
Brewing Notes
- Pour Over: Medium-coarse grind, water temp 89–90°C. Gentler brewing conditions draw out more of the caramelized sweetness.
