Colombia Monte Blanco Double Anaerobic
Double anaerobic fermentation creates a honeydew-milkshake-like texture — juicy, creamy, and rich — the signature lot from Finca Monte Blanco.

Flavor Description
Finca Monte Blanco sits at 1,750–2,000 m in Valle del Cauca. This Geisha undergoes double anaerobic fermentation: 36 hours sealed with whole cherries, then a second 24-hour sealed fermentation post-pulping, allowing the beans to fully absorb complex fermentation aromatics. Honeydew melon sweetness leads, followed by a creamy ice-cream-like texture with full juiciness and balanced sweetness, finishing with a light tropical fruit fragrance.
