Finca El Cielo Washed

Flavor Description

Due to its extreme elevation, cherries at El Cielo mature slowly. This bean shows great structure, where the fullness of red cherry and the depth of dark plum acidity collide. The brown sugar sweetness makes it very approachable.

Brewing Notes

• Pour-over: Medium grind, water temperature 90°C, ratio 1:15
• Tip: This high-density bean benefits from a longer bloom time (35-40 seconds) to ensure the core flavors are fully released.
