Nantou Guoxing's coffee gardens and tea gardens stand side by side, and this honey-processed Bourbon perfectly blends the essence of both. The entry carries a warm black-tea-like base, with honey and longan-honey sweetness layering up, faint oolong floral notes woven throughout, and a caramel warmth in the finish.

In Nantou's Guoxing and Sun Moon Lake area, the co-cultivation environment of tea and coffee gives the beans a unique "tea character" gene — one of Taiwan coffee's most captivating regional traits.
