Flavor Description
Nueva Segovia has long been one of the main engines of Nicaraguan specialty coffee exports. This washed Red Catuai shows citrus, brown sugar, almond, and a touch of cocoa in the finish. It is clean, well-structured, and a very classic Central American profile.

The balance is excellent: not too heavy, not too sharp, and highly acceptable across a broad specialty audience.
