Flavor Description
This anaerobic washed lot undergoes extended fermentation in sealed oxygen-free tanks, then finishes with full washing. The anaerobic phase greatly amplifies the floral aromatic compounds. The entry is concentrated dried-berry sweetness-acidity, followed by citrus freshness, with an intoxicating Chinese rose finish.

- Note: Lower temperature preserves the delicate floral complexity
