Sourced from the Guji region, this natural-processed bean was selected for its exceptional cleanliness and chamomile/white rose aromatics. Signature white florals bloom first, followed by strawberry juice and ripe peach sweetness typical of natural processing, finishing with a viscous, nectar-like mouthfeel.
Brewing Notes
- Pour-over: Medium grind, 90°C, ratio 1:15
- Note: With its higher sweetness, keep the water temperature moderate to avoid masking its delicate florals.
