Flavor Description
Uraga is one of Guji's most representative micro-zones and a recurring favorite for many roasters every harvest. This washed lot features clear sweet orange, bergamot, and white florals. The acidity is bright without being sharp, while the later stages bring cane sugar, honey, and a faint apricot note. Clean, balanced, and broadly appealing.
Brewing Notes
- Pour-over: Medium-fine grind, 91–92°C, ratio 1:15
- Tip: To emphasize sweetness, build extraction early with a slightly larger main pour after the bloom
