Flavor Description

Nensebo lies just north of Sidamo at over 2,000 meters. This washed lot shows clear jasmine, peach, and citrus on entry, an Earl Grey-like elegance in the middle, and a clean, honey-sweet finish.

Buying Tips

  • Style: Close to Yirgacheffe, with more pronounced stone-fruit sweetness and a slightly rounder body
  • Labelling: Bags may say Nensebo, West Arsi, or the washing station name (e.g., Refisa)

Brewing Notes

  • Pour-over: Medium-fine grind, 92–93°C, ratio 1:15–1:16
  • Tasting: Let it cool to around 55°C, where florals and stone-fruit sweetness peak
