"Wild Rose" interprets the most elegant floral expression from Idido, Yirgacheffe, through traditional washed processing. The dry aroma opens with bergamot and rose petals; on the palate, wild-berry acidity unfolds on the tip of the tongue, with a drifting red-rose character emerging mid-palate and a gossamer texture throughout.
