Halo Beriti has become one of the more sought-after Yirgacheffe natural profiles in recent years. The dry aroma is vivid with blueberry and strawberry jam; in the cup you get ripe berries, grape candy, and violet florals layered together. Sweet and saturated without tasting messy, it develops clearer nectar and black-tea notes as it cools.
