Nicknamed "Perfume Narcissus" in the market. The sourcers deliberately used a short, light anaerobic fermentation followed by washing, aiming to push floral compounds to their absolute limit without introducing heavy boozy notes. Grinding releases a scent like jasmine perfume; the entry is a bright, concentrated lemon-drop sweet-tart impact, transitioning into white peach and orange blossom. A highly aromatic, modern masterpiece.
Brewing Notes
- Pour-over: Medium-fine grind, 92–93°C, ratio 1:16
- Technique: Higher water temperature fully extracts the perfume-like high-molecular florals, while a larger ratio keeps the mouthfeel ethereal.
