Flavor Description
Efeya is located in the Worka area of Gedeo's Yirgacheffe region. Washed processing gives the cup a clear, transparent structure: plum, yellow lemon, and sweet citrus lead, followed by white florals, bergamot, and a touch of brown sweet spice. As it cools, a delicate oolong-tea quality emerges. The acidity is lively without becoming sharp, and the finish stays light and persistent.

- Pour-over: Medium-fine grind, 91–92°C, ratio 1:15.5 to 1:16
- Technique: Keep the drawdown flowing and the total brew time moderate to prevent the spice note from becoming dry and to clarify the citrus and tea character
