Flavor Description

74112 is one of the most overtly floral JARC selections. This natural lot from Guji's Uraga sub-zone fully expresses the variety's potential: the entry is full blueberry and strawberry-jam sweetness, delicate white florals (white rose, pear blossom) weave through, and the finish is clean with a fine fructose sweetness.
