Flavor Description
This Bombe washed bean is very special. By reducing water usage during dry fermentation, the flavor goes beyond typical bergamot and citrus to include tropical-fruit sweetness (such as golden kiwi), with a pure finish carrying a white-sugar-like sweetness.

- Pour-over: Medium grind, water temperature 92°C, ratio 1:15
- Highlight: Excellent as iced pour-over, further emphasizing the golden-kiwi refreshing acidity
