This is an exceptionally "gentle" washed bean. Unlike Yirgacheffe's sharp acidity, Chire presents mellow red-apple fruit acidity along with a lemongrass and green-tea-like refreshing finish — very well suited for daily drinking.

Pairing: Excellent for afternoon tea; pairs best with light pastries
